Role and technical leadership

Financial workflows

Banking, billing, finance and accounting features, from recurring subscriptions through to the documents that adjust an invoice after it is issued.

The external services integrated into the platform. Lines show that an integration exists, not its direction, protocol or frequency, which are not part of the public record.

Platform foundation

Built the API and the Next.js foundation for the SPA migration, managed the servers, and set up CI/CD for both the backend and the SPA.

Multi-agent AI workflows, MCP tools and reusable skills were used across development and testing.

Data model

The database schema was restructured and normalised, reducing duplication, and simplifying both queries and maintenance.

Across measured workflows, SQL query load fell by 75%.
